UT INNOVATION TOWER
The UT Innovation Tower’s 16th floor is a premier space with 26,000 square feet for bold thinkers to connect, co-create, and accelerate world-changing innovation. Steps from the UT campus in the heart of Austin’s Innovation District at 1300 Red River St., it stands as a launchpad for breakthrough ideas and next-generation companies. The building serves as a central hub for a wide range of sectors, including artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, robotics, climate and energy technologies, life sciences, and health care.

UT INNOVATION LABS
A newly developed, 10,000-square-foot wet lab facility designed to support faculty, researchers, and early-stage life sciences startups. This institutional-grade space includes top-of-the-line equipment and technology, fume hoods, shared utilities, and flexible bench layouts to accelerate experimentation, prototyping, and translational science. Located in north Austin, UT Innovation Labs provides innovators with direct access to UT Austin’s world-class Research Core Facilities, Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC), and renowned faculty expertise.
Companies that join receive access to Discovery to Impact’s resources for entrepreneurs including business development support, technical expertise, mentorship, and educational programming. TEXAS INNOVATION CENTER
A 4,200-square-foot on-campus co-working space designed for faculty, researchers, and students working to commercialize their discoveries, the Texas Innovation Center includes open desks, conference rooms, and meeting space to foster collaboration, peer learning, and innovation across disciplines.
By combining shared workspace with structured programming—such as workshops, speaker series, and coaching—the Center cultivates a supportive ecosystem where emerging ventures can form, grow, and connect with commercialization experts and resources.
